Mohammed Bawa is an Electronics Engineer and a business specialist with full project lifecycle experience across a range of market sectors - Telecommunications, Transportation, Oil and Gas, Environment, Agriculture and Energy.

He trained as an Engineer at South Bank University in England; possess a postgraduate diploma in Management from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in Nigeria and a Masters in Communications from New Bucks University in England. He is currently the Group Managing Director of ABG Group of Companies. He is the Founder of Green World Preservation & Development Initiative (An Environmental NGO). He was MD of ABG Communications Limited, the Pioneers of Private Broadcasters and MD Nationwide Unity Transport Limited the Pioneer Urban Transport provider in Nigeria. 

Mohammed is the 1st Nigerian MMDS Cable Transmission system Engineer in 1991 and the 1st Nigerian Encryption and Scrambling Systems Engineer - 1992 (Various Encryption systems from Zenith Electronics USA, Viewstar Chameleon System Canada, General Instrument Tocom Encryption System UK, California Amplifier Multicipher Encryption System USA, among others).

His Key ACHEIVEMENTS include:

• 1st to bring Satellite Televisions to homes in Nigeria (CNN, CSPAN, Gulf War1, etc)
• Manufactured the smallest Satellite dish in Africa (1990)
• Introduced MMDS Cable Television to Africa (1991)
• Designed and implemented the Communications Architecture for State Government Security Outfits, 
• Operation Sweep in Lagos (1995), 
• Operation Wedge in Ogun (1996), 
• Operation Kada in Kaduna, etc.
• Assembled Car Radios, Video Cassette Recorders and Television Sets in our Assembly Plant in Kaduna.
• Manufactured Video and Audio Cassettes for Local Use and Export
• Established a Foundry in Kaduna using Fibre Glass for manufacturing various products especially Satellite dishes.
• Among the select few chosen by the Canadian Government for Africa Direct including 8 African Head of States, Ministers and key Business persons in Africa 1999.
• He is an Alumni of United Kingdom Telecommunications Academy and Fellow of the Society of Cable & Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) UK.
• Member: Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE)
• Member, Society of Broadcast Engineers (SBE)
• Member, Society of Moving Picture Technology Engineers (SMPTE)

Adamu Babadisa is a registered Quantity Surveyor with extensive practical experience with wireless networks in SAQ and site deployment having worked in/as:

• Project Planning & Implementation Division of Nigerian Telecommunications Limited (Mtel) 
• Site Acquisition and ImplementationManager/Project Manager Contracting Officer (PMCO)
• Network Rollout in the Deployment Division of Etisalat Nigeria
• Program Director at Africom Projects Services LimitedMD/CEO at Africom Projects Services Limited 

He obtained his 1st degree in Quantity Surveying from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and followed up with a masters degree in Construction Management from the same university. He has over 2 decades of technical experience in Nigerian Telecommunications with versed knowledge in GSM optimization and has at various times worked in:

• Abquants Associates Kaduna as Quantity Surveyor
• Construction Cost Services Kano as Senoir Quantity Surveyor/Consultant
• Gentech PowerPac Kano as Project Manager/Consultant Quantity Surveyor.

Over his years of practice, he has gained an excellent knowledge on PMBoK, extensive knowledge of the real estate market in Nigeria, very good understanding of the intricacies of Nigerian & International Law and arbitration with emphasis on Land Use Acts. His responsibilities and experience over the years includes but not limited to:

As Chief Technical Officer at GCES, he is solely saddled with the responsibilities of the day to day running, Installation, Operation and Maintenance of the 3 GCES pilot sites at Chaichai, Abaya and Udeni.

Mr. Sammy Adigun is an expert in Civil Engineering and Construction Industry in Africa with over two decades of experience.

He possesses vast experience in public relations and business development, Project Management, Project Financing and Value Engineering Specialist. He is an Alumnus of the Prestigious Harvard Business School Class of OPM 47, a Project Management Specialist and a Chartered Quantity Surveyor from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. 

In the course of his several business endeavors, he has developed a huge capacity and experience in both Project Planning and contractor financing.  His work experience spans being Managing Director of ARC Nig LTD, a 35year old Asphalt Paved Roads construction company that has constructed over 2000km of roads and bridges all over Nigeria; Managing Director of Sammya Nigeria Limited in 2000 until 2010 when he became the Executive Chairman. 

He has been the driving force in the creation of different companies in several sectors of the African economy, these include:

• As CEO of Festival Reach Limited, developers of Fedtival Reach City, a 100,000 housing development in Lagos. 
• Sole developer of Emilyville Estates Abuja, a 260 housing unit estate. 
• One of the developers and directors of the Imperial international Business City Promoted by OBA Elegushi in Lekki Lagoon front in Lagos.
• Prime mover in setting up of a 2.5 trillion Bundled PPP Fund.
• Promoter of a 2.5 trillion Lagos Housing Fund.
• Promoter of the NIGERIA Equitorial Guinea Gas Development Project. This is a Project involving Gas gathering, pipelines, petrochemical plant, Power plant and an LNG plant to produce 2billion cubit feet of gas per day by 2020.
• Contractor financier of 6 model schools project in Oyo state which includes 2 of the model schools in Ibadan. The schools when completed will be a reference point in education infrastructure provision.  

Sammy is a Fellow of the Institute of Policy Management Development (IPMD). He is the recipient of several awards from:

He brings all this experience of financial counsel and project management expertise positioning GCES to penetrating underserved and unserved locations in Nigeria

Umar Ibrahim studied in both the Institute of Education ABU Zaria and Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna where he obtained his Higher National Diploma in Computer Science.

He began his professional career at ABG Communications Limited Kaduna between 2001 and 2007 where he grew to become a Team Lead in Vsat and Wireless Installation, Computer Repairs, Networking, Computer Configuring and Integration, Configuring wireless routers. He later ventured into promoting start-ups like New Arewa Technologies for 3 years with emphasis on:

• Installation and Maintenance of Vsat and Wireless terminals.
• Installation and maintenance of IP Surveillance Cameras.
• Installations and maintenance of iDirect Routers.
• Laying of Fiber Cable and associated works.

Dr. Awobamise has over 35 years of know-how in the fields of business and technology. He has extensive experience throughout the world in telecommunications, wireless sensor technology, automation, healthcare, leading strategy, financial management, and project management teams on large-scale integration projects, utilities, oil & gas, transportation and advertising industries. 

Dr. Awobamise holds a First Class (Hons) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Lagos, an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a Ph.D in Electrical from UMIST, Manchester, UK. He has served on the board of AfcomSat and Upland Consulting.

Ms. Ronke Aiyelabola is the Chief Financial Officer of GCES, Nigeria. She has garnered vast experience spanning a decade in financial management function varying from accounting, auditing, taxation and treasury management. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
